Hello all! My name is Celeste, but mainly go by Cee. I am 37 years old and a mother of four. I am, like many others (I'm sure) on this site, starting anew for the new year. I've been on on a roller coaster of sorts for the past few months - at one point married to my exercise routine but eating badly and then correcting my eating habits but basically remaining sedentary. This time I'm hoping to correct my eating habits and be dedicated to exercising at the same time.

I'm currently what is considered "obese" (I'm 5'3" at 178.5 pounds - though about 20 of those pounds can be found in my chest area - both a blessing and a curse lol). I'm hoping to lose 10 pounds in a month, 15 pounds in 3 and reach my goal (145 pounds) in six months. If any veterans read this and think that my goals are a bit realistic, I would love some advice on setting more realistic goals.

I'm using My Fitness Pal to track my food intake (again - I downloaded and was using the app about 3 months ago) and have several different exercise programs at home (Zumba - not the video game but the DVDs, EA Active 1 and More Workouts - hoping to get 2 by the end of the week, and Taebo for starters). The three listed are my fave, ESPECIALLY Zumba. I'm a certified Zumbaholic. I used to do it at the gym but then $$ matters kept me from being able to keep up my payments. So, for now I will be doing the DVDs at home.

I'm glad I've found the site and can't wait to lose weight with everybody!!

My name is Brooke. I am a 29 year old working mother of 2. I started my lifestyle change on January 5, 2009. I have lost a total of 63 pounds since then. I started slacking on my dieting around October, 2010. I am ready to get back into the routine and get this last 30 pounds off.

For my workouts, I either run on the treadmill and spar on the punching bag or I go to zumba, which I absolutely love and if time and money would allow it, I would go everyday of the week.

I am hoping by joining the site, I will find the extra motivation and support that I need to get started back on the right track.
