Hey y'all!
I am adding a Recipes tab to my weight loss blog site (http://thinspiration.neelifaulkner.com) and need your help!
What are some of your favorite quick & easy recipes? I'll need some ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Including nutrional information would be fabulous but if you don't have it, that's cool, too.

Here's a great recipe. It's a cross between a scampi and an alfredo.
serving of shrimp--I use frozen, peeled, deveined, med or lg count.
tsp of olive oil
lemon juice (optional) I have a hugh lemon tree, so I squeeze lemons and freeze them in ice cube trays & use them in the skillet.
Broccoli or spinach--frozen or fresh.
a lot of fresh garlic cloves, sliced or chopped
1/4 Ragu light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
a little bit of any kind of marinade you have left over from grilling (optional) Weber's & McCormicks puts out some nice marinades.
Spray a large skillet with Pam or equivalent
Turn stove burner to medium heat
put in oliveoil
put in garlic, veggies, shrimp
let melt with juices
put in marinade if any and Ragu sauce
turn with flipper until shrimp is done.
Garlic & vegs should be cooked--vegs should be firm
I serve this over brown rice or a serving of angel hair pasta.0
