Okay so my mom is taking me out for breakfast tommorow for my birthday, what can you get at restaraunts for breakfast that isn't loaded with calories and fat??

A lot of places have yogart and fruit as breakfast choices. Or Maybe whole wheat toast or an english muffin?0

I usually get whole wheat toast with a side of fruit. If I feel like splurging just a little I order an eggwhite veggie omlette with no cheese and none of the sides that come with it.0

Most independent coffee shops (Like Flying Star and Satellite here in NM) will do custom orders. Or, if you're going to a chain resturant, eat a small something so your tummy isn't growling. Helps to stay away from those yummy pancakes and waffels!!

An egg-white veggie omelette is usually my breakfast of choice at restaurants that don't have nutritional info posted online. Just ask for it not cooked in oil or butter (they will anyway, but probably not use as much if you ask them not to) and some whole wheat toast or something. That would be your best bet probably.0

I hate eggs, so I usually get French Toast, I ask them not to put sugar on top and use sugar-free syrup and no butter.
Yes, yes, I know--French Toast is bread soaked in eggs and I hate eggs---but it's not really eggs when it's beat up, put on bread, and fried, is it??0 -
Eggs benedict - sauce on the side. The eggs are poached & it's made with canadian bacon (which only has about 35 calories per slice.
Really - eggs are under-rated for diets. They may be high in cholesterol, but are really good for you.

Anything with Nova Scotia salmon ... Even on a bagel with cream cheese. Provided that it's not one of these GINORMOUS bagels - you know, the kind that are bigger than your face - it's a good, healthy meal. And you can always take half home for lunch.0
