12 MONTHS OF MFP

Over the last 12 months since I joined MFP, I have been dieting on and off, my weights gone down and up a bit and have done it again for the last 3-4 weeks I've been in a semi-diet mode. I have lost 5lb, overall I have lost 16lb over the 12 months.

I have another 21 lb to lose. Just need to keep what I've been doing recently, even more exercise than I normally do and keep approx' to my calories, and don't worry if I have days I go way over (3,000 cals), as I make it up a bit over the coming week normally, and lose a little bit at a time and don't feel I'm on a diet.

you are on the right path. good for you. I find when i keep logging in.. I keep losing. It is slow..but better then gaining..which i've done when i've left mfp. and by losing slow when you get there.. you will most likely stay there because your eating will be a habit.

Slow and steady wins the life!!! Like that say, life's not a race, nobody wants to get to the finish line too fast.

You are doing awesome. Keep it up!
