Muscle pain from running?

I have been doing the C25K now for 7 weeks , just starting week 8. I also do a circuit DVD for about 25 minutes and run/walk for 60 minutes(this includes the C25K). My question is when will my quad and thigh muscles stop aching? I feel pain in my muscles during the night while I am sleeping. I work out about 5 to 6 days a week, so I'am thinking my body should be able to handle the exercise. And age should not be an issue I'am an active 61yrs young!

    Not sure if you mean cramping (sudden contractions) or just aching, but try stretching them. Check Youtube if you need stretches.
    If those don't work, try skipping the DVD workout a few days and see if it improves.
