What to do w.no appetite today?

Is this normal? the past 2 days I have worked very hard at the gym. Yesterday I did 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 on the bike had a sensible dinner. This morning I have no appetite. I forced a yogurt down but don't even want to think about any other food now. Has this happened to anyone else? I feel fine not sick just don't want food. Any thoughts?

    This is just my opinion but I think it's important to listen to your body. Do try to eat something but don't force yourself to eat a lot of food if you're not hungry. You may feel better in a couple hours, the body is a very strange thing. If it is persists for more than 24 hours, I would maybe go to a doctor but otherwise, it could just be one of those days.
