Hello all! I have used fitnesspal in the past a LITTLE bit after a friend introduced me to it. My plan is to use it much more now. I am at my heaviest weight ever - even higher than when I was pregnant. I have been tired with the way I look & feel, but I haven't been able to motivate myself or get the determination to do so. However, I am DONE feeling the way that I do. I want my energy back. I want to be a good role model for my kids. I know I will need encouragement, motivation, and such along the way. The best place to find that is with people who know exactly what you are going through!
