My birthday is in October. It's just barely under a month away. Can I lose 1 pant size by then? I wear a 13, and want to wear an 11 so I can go and buy some pants for that day. Possible to lose enough weight in that amount of time? How can I do so. I weigh 185ish I'm 5'3.
