I hope this is the right place to post this and get some advice.
A few evenings a week I go to aerobics classes. I go pretty much straight from work and don't get to have dinner dinner until 8. I have lunch at half 12 and don't have any other time during the day to eat much (am a primary school teacher). My question is what can I have in the hour before I exercise when I'm at home that isn't going to give me indigestion. need to have something though as have fainted before when working out.
Was wondering if something like a protein shake would work.

A fruit?
Some peanut butter?
A granola bar?
Generally a protein Shake is taken after a workout, but I don't know. I suppose you could drink it before... never tried to myself. :ohwell:0
