I just looked at the week 3 parameters and I'm intimidated. So, I'm going to use this thread to check in. I still can't believe I'm doing it...

    Just give it a try... you might find it easier than you think!

    Due to some vacations and my intimidation with week 4, I stalled on week three for like a month but I just completed a week 4 run last week (I don't get to do it 3x a week as suggested with my other exercise commitments) and I made the whole thing, 5 minute runs and all.

    Sometimes if I feel I need to walk just a bit more or grap a sip of water between the running sets I do. I figure as long as I'm upping my endurance with the running portions it's a good thing.

    Or maybe come up with your own routine that's like a bit between the amounts of week 2 and 3, whatever works to let you ramp up to it.
