Hi all,
So around mid july I decided I need to get my life in order, I weighed approx 22 stone 7 lbs and today after checking in I am now 19 stone 6lbs. I have done this by exercising 4 hours a week on a treadmill or cross trainer machine and cutting out all starchy foods.
I have lost 6 inches from my waist and gone down 3 formal shirt sizes
I no longer eat things extremely high in calories/carbs
pasta
potatos
crisps
bread
rice
pizza
chocolate
sweets
sugary drinks (alcohol etc)
for breakfast I eat an alpen light cereal bar (90 calories)
for lunch I eat a wrap at work (gotta have some fibre else you can't **** properly)
for dinner I eat meat and salad/veg only
I drink lots of water and stay extremely hydrated
If I need to snack i eat cherry tomatoes or a banana ????
I am a guy that is 22 years old and 6 ft 1 inches tall
