So I've been changing my diet for about 2-3 weeks now by not eating large meals and the amounts of them like I used to. So I eating a lot healthier but less than what I used to eat in a day.
Tonight I cheated and went out with friends for a HUGE dinner. Burgers, fries, steaks, you name it. I took a couple of bites, but then noticed that I was finally full. Before I could eat like theres no tomorrow, and now my body just can't intake as much as it could before.
What could be the cause?
