I've just started a circuit training class. We did a proper warm up etc.
Nearer the end of the class I kept getting cramp in my toes!
Has anyone had this or know why it happens?

Ah it happened to me and still does.
I did a bit of research and i think it is partly do to lack of potassium - is your intake of this really low? When i was restricting a lot of food, i would get severe cramping in the toes, and calves - even when i was sleeping! Overall, could be lack of electrolytes0 -
Foot cramps seem to happen more with those who don't walk enough. Walking naturally stretches the toes & arch, and keeps them limber.0
