some advice please

i am wanting to lose weight from around my middle, thighs and bum gained throughout my pregnancies. i currently weigh 68.5kgs and want to get down to 62kgs or at least lose the left overs regardless. i have been working out for a month now - 5 days a week - half hr exercises one day and an hour of exercise and treadmill the next. i am still waiting to see an improvement in my body - how long should it take to start seeing a change? i have been counting my calories and attempting to stay within my needs. i have recently started skipping rope and using the trampoline as a form of exercise in the last week. i would like to know how i can speed things up without too much impact on my hand as i am currently suffering an injury and i am limited to the things i can do - no weights with that hand or apply pressure on it through exercises like burpees. can anyone please give me some advice on how i can get this to start working? i manage to fit in the hour exercise regularly but life is so busy that i couldnt increase my workout time

Sometimes I don't see any results but others do. I have start doing body measurements, it can really tell you were you are losing inches. Something I do for cardio and abs is dance. Belly dance or bollywood dancing is all in the core. I found a few videos and even some on youtube. Just keep up the good work. It might take a bit to change. I had 2 kids 20 months apart, baby weight that you gain through out the body is hard to lose. it is possible!
  • thank u so much for your reply! i feel better within myself but just cant see any difference yet. yes, i use to do belly dance some years ago now and we do have classes in town but the class times dont suit. i do have some dvds - love rachel brice! i must find them again!! I have 3 kids but with 3 years inbetween each, after my first baby i lost the weight easily but kept some after number 2 and then number 3 added more. yes its hard to lose but i so want to do it!! :)
