I've been the same weight for well over a month now bouncing the same 2 pounds around. My TDEE is 2400 calories and I'm eating 1500 exercising a bunch and only eating back part of my exercise calories. I do not have a digital scale but plan on getting one as soon as I am able to. With a 900 calorie buffer I do not think I'm going over my calories by estimating. Is this a plateau? WHYYYYYYY. Someone help.
