Map my.... With Vicky pattison workout??

Hi all,

I use map my ride to track my biking & walking.. Just wondering if any of you use the Vicky pattison DVD; and how you track it!?

There's a workout video option, but which one would you select?

    MFP uses general categories since calorie burns are guesstimates anyway.

    To get a calorie burn log under cardiovascular and the number of minutes.

    Aerobics - high impact - low impact

    Circuit training - a combination of cardio + weights

    Strength training - just weights, or resistance training
