starting today

Hi everyone, today is my first day on this site, I am excited to try it. My long time girlfriend to me to try it and so here I am. Weight loss is a good thing, but for me it is more being comfortable with myself and a life style change that is most important, I know that if I don't make it about health and life style changes then I will go back to old ways and only have defent, frustration and unhealthy. I am also looking for good tips that may have served you. So please feel free to let me know. Thanks for reading.
