I just wanted to introduce myself and to say hi to all of you.
I began my diet in February 2010 starting at 280 pounds and as of December I was 200 pounds.
During the holidays I gained 5 pounds.
My goal now is the lose the 5 pounds and maintain my weight so I don't gain it all back.
This site and my friends and family will hopfully keep me on track.
I look forward to getting inspiration by visiting this site often and reading all of your stories.
