Fat, Carbs, Protein, Fiber ~ Goal Requirements

I am a Weight Watchers Lifetime member trying to undo some past year of food indescretion.
I am satisfied with results (1 ~ 1.5 lbs./week). However, I would like to see 1.5#/week more often.
Question: I do pretty well at above list of goals. However, after looking at reports, when I do vary from goal, it is either over (+) on protein, and minus (-) on fiber.
Should I consider a fiber supplement?
Is being over protein so bad?
Just let sleeping dogs lie?

Nothing wrong with going over on protein. Fiber is often a struggle, so try a quest bar 19 g.0
