Open Food Diary

Looking for friends who eat clean or generally healthy who have opened their food diary. I like to get ideas from other people's progress and food choices. Please add me thanks!

If I need to place a question here, It would be "what have you found has always done well for your fitness goals and diet?"

I noticed in my own diet when I at the same things regularly on a schedule I did very well. My meals and snacks consisted of oatmeal (in various ways), salad (multi veggies and eggs/or chicken) and protein shakes and dinners were not always the same.
