    Always?

    Oatmeal
    Assorted dry beans
    Rice

Ever since I was 19 (Im 37 now)...I have *ALWAYS* had at least those three things on hand. One time we ran out of oatmeal, and kiddo freaked out..she said it was downright creepy cause her whole life (shes 17), we never ran out of oatmeal. She goes through it quite fast, so now I keep am extra spare canister of it to avoid that sort of crisis again lol

seeing a lot of the same things on here! I'm really not much different . . .

we always have eggs, greek yogurt, and some kind of protein bars on hand all the time. Also usually some form of chicken :) I've been getting canned lately just because it is more convenient, but may be re-thinking that one soon, as I'm trying to watch my sodium intake

    Three foods I ALWAYS have:

    Chicken
    Peanut butter
    Pistachios

Chicken is my favorite protein, peanut butter is an easy way to get a hit of protein, fat, and sugar before a workout, and pistachios are my favorite snack.
