Baked Veggies

1 small yellow squash
1 small zucchini squash
1 sweet potatoe
Cut and dice all veggies, place in a plastic ziploc bag, add 1\4 teaspoon salt and 1\2 teaspoon of pepper. Then place in 1 tablespoon olive oil, close bag and shake all around pour veggies onto a cookie sheet and bake until tender. These are awesome veggies and are very low in calories. :flowerforyou:

One head cauliflower coated in fat free Greek yogurt, garlic, pepper, and salt. Roast on 400 for a long time. Soooo good!0

Medium sized Sweet Potato, baked + 1 Tbsp of Flaxseed Butter + 1/4 tsp of Pumpkin Pie Spice + teeny drizzle Maple Syrup + 2 Walnut halves chopped

You can roast just about any veg this way and it always comes out SO good!
I really love to slice carrots somewhat thinly and roast them on a cookie sheet. Oh broccoli's good too.0
