Boxing and Lifting

I believe I am going to start a training program that in a way I kind of made up my own routine for. I plan on Boxing every day for 6 days as a cardio program as well as building lean muscle. Also every other day I plan On weight lifting almost in a HIT training manner of working my whole body until it fails 2-3 times a week. Im curious has anyone else used Boxing and Weight Lifting as a manner of getting fit? And how were the results?

    I use kick boxing and lifting just as you described, HIIT style till fatigue. And the results are great!! I have great muscle definition, muscles I didn't even know I had. Good luck!!!!
