Hi, Basically as we all might know, student life means that you are financially in trouble. So that means that us students will just skip breakfast and get a quick-fix meal at lunch breaks then in the evening have no time to eat properly so again, quick-fix unhealthy meals going down us.
I was wondering if you could give me tips on some EASY and Quick as well as HEALTHY meals which i could have at breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
I exercise 2 times a week. :sad:
