trying again and need some accountability and encouragement!

Hello. I would like some friends that are willing to encourage me and I would love some tips. I have about 20-30 pounds to lose and I struggle with sticking to anything that involves dieting. I love to go to Zumba classes and am soon trying a kettlebell class. Add me as a friend if you would like to.

    You can do it! I need to do the same thing! I gained back some of what I lost over the holidays so it's time to get inspired again! Good idea on the Zumba and Kettle Bell classes. Make sure you also use the food tracker. It helps a ton! :)
