4 day lads holiday

Hi all,
I'm off on a 4 day lads holiday to Marbella this weekend. I'm going to properly let my hair down and have a great time, and even though we are all 30 something, we turn into 18 year olds when we get together so I'm sure there will be a fair few alcoholic beverages flying down our necks. What do you do in these instances to try and not undo any of the good work you've done to date? Do you just say to hell with it and party for 4 days, or have you got any things you keep in mind to try and limit the damage.
I think at the moment I'm just going all out partying, but if anyone has any decent tips that might work for me, I'd love to hear them.
Cheers

I go away for a long weekend about once a month - I say to hell with it. I don't log - but I do enter a ridiclously high number of estimated calories in my diary as a quick add for the day.

I make sure I stick to my calorie limit (maybe go a little under) in the few days running up to it. As soon as I get back (usually a couple of pounds heavier) - I get back on track. Those couple of pounds usually drop back off again in a few days - and I ususally maintain my weight that week rather than lose. But I can live with that.

I got back off my lads holiday yesterday! If i were you mate i'd just go all out and have fun. I didn't log calories, didn't exercise and just ate...(drank) what i wanted! I was really shocked when i got back and found that i'd lost a load of fat :noway:

    Have a great time!

    Have fun

When you drag your hungover self out of bed, do some swimming, windsurfing, kayaking etc.

I'm in my 30s. I expect I'd just sleep all day after drinking now (3 pregnancies in 6 years has lowered my tolerance lol) so therefore wouldn't eat as much!

You're not likely to put all the weight back on it 4 days. My nights out usually involve around 3000 calories of alcohol on top of my usual food intake and sometimes a greasy takeaway. I can gain up to 10lb overnight but it disappears after a couple of days. Have fun!

I went to Ibiza and partied hard for a week, I have come back & not been to the gym for a week.

That's two weeks of no gym and not eating right...... Oh well!!!!!

I am back on it from today : )

Go and let your hair down .... As if your going to count calories on holiday... Your on holiday!!! : )
