Don't know if attempting to lose weight is "new" for you... I can remember when I first started macrobiotics I felt the SAME way as you, very depressed as I thought all I can eat are beans and salad! Don't over load yourself with worrying about creativity... you have had a ton of good responses and lots of great websites, I love the skinny tastes one myself... pick ONE... just one... and go buy all the ingredients for it.. then prepare it. Once you get the new flavors in your mouth, you may just get stimulated to try a second recipe. There is so much free information on the web, put that depression "to the side" and fill your time with surfing the net, have fun!0
