Help!! 30 Day Shred

Is there anyone who can detail the 30 day shred for me at all ?

    What do you mean detail? It's a video. You watch it and do the exercises she tells you to do when she tells you to do them. It takes about half an hour each day you do it. Some people do it everyday for 30 days straight. Some people take rest days.

    ^What she said.. Strength, cardio and abs. There are 3 levels. You do each level for 10 days. I'm on day 7 and I'm going to stick it out. Give it a shot to see if you like it..

    It uses Jillians 3-2-1 system. 3 mins of strength - 2mins of cardio - 1 min of abs.
    First Level does that 3 times, but with different moves each circuit.

    Its good because just when you think you have had enough, you move on.

    I'm on day 4 and cant believe the difference in my fitness already

    Everyone did a good job of summarizing what I was going to say. I am actually starting the 30 DS today. I did it last year but only made it to Level 3 Day 1 and stopped because I got sick (non-related to this dvd) and did not really eat like I should have been so I did not see optimal results.

    3-2-1 has been done years before - it's not "Jillians System" - she just does better PR
