So I'm four days away from starting optifast and I know there's going to be quite a few challenges. I do attend a support group every Thursday via the program I'm enrolled in, but there's 6 other days in that week where I'll be needing support.

I've already added a few people and I find it's been a great support! It feels good to know there's other people out there fighting the same battle.
