I'm doing ChaLean Extreme, but I'm having a hard time figuring out the calories burned. I'm just starting, so I'm doing burn circuits. Do I just need to wear my calorie counter? Or is there an easier way to input things on here?

    Definately wear your HRM! That's the only way to get an accurate calorie burn. Everyone is different and exerts different amounts of energy, so everyone burns differently.

    You need a heart rate monitor. Walmart carries an inexpensive one for under $30 by Sportline.
