when carbs are listed for a food on MFP, are those total carbs or net carbs?
example: if i enter a granola bar and MFP lists 10g carbs and 2 g fiber, has the 2 g of fiber already been subtracted from the carbs? would this particular example yield 10 g carbs or 8
?
thanks.

No. From what I've seen, carbs listed on food items here are TOTAL carbs. Not net.0

It depends... Because the database has been entered by members, some have listed total carbs, some net carbs. My advice, compare the label to the entry on MFP and select the one that matches. Also, remember that some net carb counts subtract the sugar alcohols while some don't.
Good luck with the messed up database!0 -
