Trader Joe's vs The Nugget

I live in Northern California and I would like your opinion. Is trader joe's prices better than the nugget prices? the trader joes in my area is super small so i am wondering if it is worth to check it out or if i should just go to the nugget for all my shopping, Thanks in advance for the advice!

    I don't know The Nugget but we do have Trader Joe's here and I can tell you that I shop there for the things they carry that I love (coffee, frozen Chinese pork buns, movie style popcorn, the list goes on) but I cannot buy meats there. Too pricey. I'd say get your basics at a "regular" store and use Trader Joe's more for the fun stuff. They have great cheeses and crackers for entertaining! And incredible frozen desserts!

    Is nugget like sprouts? It looks like it, but the closest one to me is in Vacaville and no way am I driving that far to find out.

    Trader joes is comparable to fresh & easy, both are very cheap compared to my local safeway or raleys when it comes to certain things.
