Getting passed the plateau

Hi everyone!

I've been steadily losing weight for the last year, having lost a total of 47lbs altogether, and although I'm very happy with my progress so far, I am struggling to lose the extra pounds. It is my goal to lose another two stone but have been fluctuating around the 13st mark for a few months now and no matter how much I exercise or if I increase/decrease my calorie intake, I just can't seem to get down past 13st.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to beat the plateau?
