Hi, I really need to start toning up my arms - especially the back part. Someone suggested the "Madonna Arms" workout on You Tube. Has anyone tried that? Does anyone have some kind of upper arm workout that swear by?

I'd suggest dips, pushups with hands close in, and stretching.

Do Ballet Beautiful's Swan Arms. Mary Helen Bowers is the creator of it, and on each DVD she has, she has something called Swan Arms. It's really intense and painful, in a good way. No weight needed, just arm movements. Youtube her, or if you have Amazon Prime, check out her videos.0

Push-ups are where it's at. You can do them anytime, anywhere.0

I will echo the recommendations for pushups and dips and add rows pull-ups or assisted pull-ups or inverted rows.0

Work cine UPS and pull Ps, start light using a late pull down machine and slowly progress in resistance every day until you can do them as a body weight exercise on a bar0
