Okay, so i have been slowely losing weight for the past 11 months. I have lost a lot all over my body, some more than others. I am finally getting happy about how my upper body is looking...HOWEVER my lower body, my legs. I feel like they dont have shape...atleast from the back. From behind i feel like they look like beef sausages.
Its so embrassing. It looks like i have no ankles...especially from behind. My legs are so think and unshaped. I have been walking/running minimum 2 miles a day 4-5 days a week, i do lunges, squats, just started doing calve raises...i just dont know if im doing the right things. I want to slim and tone my sausage legs.
Any recomendations? Please and thank you!
PS I have uploaded a picture of my legs in a dress on my profile so you can see what im talking about!

You legs look great from the front. I see what you're saying about from behind but I think they're cute. I think it may genetics. What kind of squatting are you doing? Heavy?0

I just do regular squats. No weights. Just the weight from my body.0

hmm, maybe try varying it up with weights. Either bar bell or dumb bell. Your body may be used to it's own weight? When you train it, you see progress.0
