Hello friends I have shoulder pain for which im doing rotator cuff work. I have my name on a waiting list and iv thought it was best to stop pushing and focus on pulling movements until i get a appointment with the physiotherapist. I have a over developed front deltoids which was caused by to much pushing and not enough pulling movements.

Is it best to stop I have some pain in my shoulders and just focus on back and pulling only little pushing workouts from triceps etc thats it

I remember when I did something similar. Ended up not being able to lift for even longer because I decided to lift while hurt. Two months waiting to get seen and recovering or 9 months of no lifting and surgery.

Listen, if you want to do something stupid, by all means. It might be smart, it probably will be dumb to keep aggravating the area.

I did that with my knee and i've been actively rehabbing it since june. It still ain't good. You know what though? You need to learn as well.

    So, I'd suggest:
    Pendlay Rows
    Pull ups
    Chin ups
    Dips
    Lat pulls
    Pyramid some rear delt pulls

Then finish with some overhead squats.

I had the injury due to not putting enough time on pulling workouts I did to many push movements im doing pulling movement rows pulldowns rear deltoids twice a week to compensate
