Hello friends I have shoulder pain for which im doing rotator cuff work. I have my name on a waiting list and iv thought it was best to stop pushing and focus on pulling movements until i get a appointment with the physiotherapist. I have a over developed front deltoids which was caused by to much pushing and not enough pulling movements.
Is it best to stop I have some pain in my shoulders and just focus on back and pulling only little pushing workouts from triceps etc thats it

I remember when I did something similar. Ended up not being able to lift for even longer because I decided to lift while hurt. Two months waiting to get seen and recovering or 9 months of no lifting and surgery.0 -

Listen, if you want to do something stupid, by all means. It might be smart, it probably will be dumb to keep aggravating the area.
I did that with my knee and i've been actively rehabbing it since june. It still ain't good. You know what though? You need to learn as well.
So, I'd suggest:
Pendlay Rows
Pull ups
Chin ups
Dips
Lat pulls
Pyramid some rear delt pulls
Then finish with some overhead squats.0 -

I had the injury due to not putting enough time on pulling workouts I did to many push movements im doing pulling movement rows pulldowns rear deltoids twice a week to compensate0
