Help with Calories for Crockpot meal.

443 Calories per serving (3 servings)
27 oz raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts - should yield 3 - 6 oz cooked portions
3/4 cup Kraft Light Done Right Italian Dressing or Newman's own Light Italian Dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese and garlic over chicken. Gently toss chicken lightly with ingredients. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
I find it hard to believe that each serving is 440 calories. I know the calories are high because of the dressing and such, but do you only count what is absorbed? is there a rule to this? there is a lot of juice/dressing left in the pot that I am obviously not going to eat.
Help? I searched google and got no answers.

If you divided the ENTIRE CROCK POT into three equal bowls, that would be 443 per bowl. So, if you actually have some left in the crock pot, I'd maybe divide the entire recipe into four servings and then go with the per serving number for that.0
