New to Calorie Counting

Hi,

I'm Michelle, i have been following the Slimming World plan but recently i've discovered that my main problem is portions and with slimming world you are encouraged to eat as much free food as possible and i don't think that is good for me really. I have decided to leave slimming world and take up calorie counting. In my first week i lost 5lbs and i'm absolutely made up.

I'd love to make some friends that can offer me advice and support if i need it as i am very new to this calorie counting lark and still don't fully understand how i can eat a vast variety of things that were really restricted with slimming world. xx
