Protein question for a friend.......

I have a friend who is the below stats. How much protein should she be eating a day? She is stuck between 152-158 and her goal is 140.

5'7" medium build. Pilates (Tabata) twice a week, mat Pilates once a week, jog 4-5 times a week 30 minutes.
