Hi everyone,

I've gone back to dieting using MFP after a couple years (pregnancy break).

After giving birth I was almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight but not back to the weight I started at before trying to conceive (TTC).

My low was 165 which is, for now, what I'm shooting for. I really, really want to get lower than that but I don't know if I should set smaller goals or just a big one.

I figured I should finally come on here to get lots of advice from the community.
