Hi
I'm Mary. Last year I lost 13kg and so far, even though I fell off the wagon for most of this year, I have managed to keep that off. I started my journey at 130kg and am currently sitting at 117kg.
I am trying to get back into the swing of weight loss and am using mfp and calorie counting but I am also trying to maintain a low carb diet as well. I know I need to exercise as well but I'm not sure what I can be doing as body weight exercises are too hard and I can't run/jump due to feet issues.
My goal is to lose 50kg altogether and I am in need of support to do so. I have a really bad habit of starting something and never finishing and I am not wanting this to be one of those things.
I would love to hear from others who are either in my position or who are on the other side of their weight loss journey already (it would be great to hear from someone who has lost 50kg already as well)
