Freeletics

So my sorority sister and her husband introduced me to Freeletics. I looked the app over and said that I would try it eventually. The first time I attempted it I was only able to get 3 minutes in. Today I completed the Standard Metis workout in 17:57 minutes. I felt so many emotions after...tired, excited, angry, confused all at the same time. I just wondered if anyone else had tried it and could post or elaborate on their experience. I figure I can add it to my regimen at least once a week along with my lifting and HIIT.

    I'm following the 15 weeks program. Works great: I'm training in combination with a minor calories deficit and I have lost 1kg every week. I'm now in the #12 week! :)
