? about Training...PLS HELP

I will be taking a Class Jan 29th....It is an EXTREME fitness class....6hrs Long. They break here and there but it is pretty much moving from one thing to another. Sione & Filipe Fa from the Biggest Loser Season 7 will be leading it. There will be Spinning, Kickboxing, Weights, Running and LOTS more.

Soooooo......My ? is, How would I train for this?

What goals should I be setting to reach in my workouts until then?
