Is it possible to burn calories when studying/doing homework

So, I have been working all day on my classes, and I am so confused and frustrated with my math class its not funny!! Kids are screaming, husband is constantly working, and I am in over my head with WORK!! Not to mention all day I have been starving!! Every time I eat it lasts for ten minutes and I am starving again...... WTF!!! Please help me! I swear I am going to have a meltdown soon, I think I take way too much on!!!

Awww I will help you. I think it sounds like you need a shopping trip to my part of the mitten state. Just remember you are super smart and tough and can get thru anything.0

Math is tough and you kind of just have to sit and do it. You could sit on one of those exersize balls while you do it though and that would burn a few more calories. Also if you have any sort of studying other than math I recomend making flash cards and taking them to the gym or wherever and you can ride the bike while studying or do the eliptical or stair stepper. It's awesome I always do it before finals and I usually feel prepared and the exercise helps me relax.0
