This.......you are your best cardio machine. Push ups, pull ups, curls, squats, burpees, shoulder presses..............you need nothing more than your own body weight, and a pair of free weights, bands, or random heavy objects lying around your home.0 -
I started with the elliptical because it was easier on my body .0
