Must lose 20 lbs!

For reals this time. :laugh:
I am 31, headed to 32 this May. This past year has been ... rough. I started a new relationship early in the year and we are very happy and have a wonderful life. This year brought us our fair share of struggles though. Blending two families is hard, for one, and we also had a suprise pregnancy early in our relationship that ended at 34w with our son being stillborn the week before Thanksgiving. Now 7 weeks out I have lost all the weight but would still like to lose a little more and TONE. (It was pregnancy #5, baby #7 that I have carried!).
ALSO, as a treat to us after such a year we are going to Cancun in early May for my birthday. And I MUST feel decent in a bathing suit!!!
So I started my crack-down diet today. I am using myfitnesspal app on my phone to conveniently keep me accountable to the calories. I started my Wii Active again. I plan to alternate jogs and Zumba on my off days of Active. Also, I plan to do free-step arobics at least 30 minutes a night instead of just sitting and watching TV.
Thing is -- I need to stick with it and turn the "plans" to action! What are good ways to motivate myself?
AND - what's good to eat?? 1200 calories goes by so fast!
