Filling up my calories, carbs, protein, fat

Hi all
I'm totally new to this site as of 1 hour ago and I'm so motivated to get started. My question is:
If I get towards the end of the day and I'm 200 cals short and also short on some of the other numbers such as protein or fat, is there a place I can quickly find what I can eat to fill up my numbers rather than vice versa? Everywhere I've looked so far is based on putting in the food first and then finding the nutritional content. It would be great if I could find a list of foods/snacks fir 200 calories?

    Google is the greatest when it come to that! Just google 200 calorie snacks and print the list... Soon you'll get to know what you can and can't eat.

    I personally wouldn't worry about hitting every category, to me, protein, fiber and calories and low carb is most important. I always try to be over on protein and fiber and way under on carbs, but each person is different... Hope that helps!
