I know that there is a site which lists all the nutritional values of foods. The item is in a pyramid. but for the life of me, I can't recall what the site is.

Can someone help me?

    Here's one....

    http://nutritiondata.self.com/

    I know there are several.

What information is in the pyramid, is it a "enter your food - get the results" type site, or recipes, or .....can you be more specific?

Yes, Yes, Yes, that was it. Thank you so much!

You enter, say, "carrots". Then there is a listing of things like "baby carrots, carrots raw, etc. etc". You click on that and it'll give you a listing of all the nutritional values. In the pyramid, there is a dot which tell you the caloric ratio (like the dot will be more to the carbs if the food is heavy in carbs). They also give you the estimated glycemic load of the food along with the inflammation factor of that particular food. Its very handy if something isn't in MFP's database.
