I am not sure how accurate the Wii Fit Plus calorie count is but I have been reading on here and it seems pretty accurate. My question is how do you put it in your exercise tracker? I do a bunch of different exercises.

I just pick one of the Wii Fit entries (either the light or the vigorous) based on how hard I worked, then enter my minutes and adjust the calories to what the Wii says I had.

I get so frustrated with the Wii Fit calorie counter. I don't really trust it. I do the free step a lot. (where you can step while you are watching TV) I got 141 calories burned after I did 3100 steps. I did it again and I stepped faster. I burned134 calories when I did 4600 steps. I was so frustrated. Now I bought the step off of Amazon that adds 3 inches to the balance board and I bought 5lb ankle weights for each foot and I pretty much ignore the calories that it says I burn because I have yet to see it higher than 141, no matter how many steps I do. I still use it though.
