Hi , I was hunting the internet for a web site like this for the past 3 months.
I had a baby in April - put on 40 pounds. lost 15 after my daughter was born. Past 3 months I have been trying to lose at least 5 pounds. But in spite of all the workout (about 30 min per day) but it did not seem to work, i realized i need to watch my food. That's what prompted me to hunt for a website where I could log all I eat- I just used this site for a day and loved it! Am very glad to see so many of you and how you all support one another to reach the goals.

Hi Nutty. I also just joined the site and I am also trying to lose baby weight that I gained during my pregnancy over 3 years ago. I want to get back down to 130 lbs which is what I weighed pre-pregnancy. I've added a lot of exercise to my routine and watch everything that I eat. Great to meet you and hope to here from you. Maybe we can encourage one another as we try to reach our goals.

Welcome nuttey and please join us daily. Log your food and exercise, weigh yourself and post occassionally so we can keep up with you and your progress.
This goes for all the newbies.
I joined in September, I think. I am in here often and it really helps me to be able to see what I have done over the day as well as previous days. I love the reports and will take them to my doctor.
